As we utilize this software for the first time in a meeting larger than 6-7 people, we do ask everyone for their patience and understanding while we navigate the service and hopeful ability to provide a chance for everyone to speak or ask questions as much as possible!
You will find the 2020 Annual Meeting Agenda Packet and 2020 YTD Financial Handout available for download that will include pertinent documents that will be addressed at the meeting on the Meeting Minute Page.
Also, included is the PROXY form in the event you cannot attend on Sunday by one of the means above. Please return by email, fax or mail at your convenience to be included in the quorum count and authorize another Unit Owner in your place.
Woodledge Circle is scheduled for seal-coating to be completed by B&B Sealcoating starting on Wednesday – Friday; July 22 – 24. See scheduled below and enclosed map beginning at 8:00AM each day.
This will include all asphalt including walk-paths, roadways in the community, carports, and open parking spaces. Each day, specified asphalt areas will be washed, sealed cracks, top seal-coat applied and then striped as needed in open spaces.
Please note the following guidelines and information:
- Each carport and roadway will be washed first and then sealed.
- Vehicles must be removed from the carports prior to 8:00 AM.
- Completed areas will be tapes off upon sealing and will remain taped for at least 24- hours, weather dependent.
- Please do not utilize your carport or roadway following completion until the tape has been removed.
- Patton Township is aware of the work and is allowing along street parking in their right of way on the entrance of WOODLEDGE CIRCLE during this time if open parking is unavailable in the community.
PLEASE NOTE: CARPORTS on the day of schedule below, vehicles MUST be out of carports by 8:00AM that day and remain off for 24 hours. Also, ensure that personal items, trash cans, etc. are removed from asphalt surface in carports.

Mason & Son's Power-Washing will be on site to complete softwash cleaning of all gutters and guards throughout the community on Monday, June 8th and Tuesday, June 9th. Our office will meet with the vendor late this week upon completion for review so please do let us know if you see any areas of concern following completion.
NOTE: Water usage is a requirement of this process and will be used as sparingly as possible at each Unit needed. Upon completion, our office will reach out to those Units utilized and the Board will review reimbursements following any average usage overage billing with a SCBWA billing documentation presented to Paradigm Properties Group for consideration.
Please note that Nature's Canopy has been contracted to complete the following tree removal in the Woodledge Cluster community beginning on Wednesday, February 12th and continuing through Friday, February 14th.
