Paint Ninjas: Carports Washing, Staining, Repairs to begin Monday, 9/26

Paint Ninjas will begin washing and staining of the carports on Monday, 9/26; water usage is a requirement of this process and will be used as sparingly as possible at each Unit needed. Also, there is no work occurring within the carports, but if you wished to move your vehicle out for the service this upcoming week, please do so by Monday morning.

Upon completion, if you see increased billing usage in your SCBWA, please submit reimbursements following any average usage overage billing with a SCBWA billing documentation presented to Paradigm Properties Group for consideration. We thank everyone for their patience and cooperation during this community-wide service! Please reply directly to this email notice with any questions that you may have.



August 31st, 2022: Storm Drain Flushing: 9/1 (Thursday) by Robinson's Septic

Our office just received notice that Robinson's Septic Service is planning to complete the community storm drain flushing in the private roadway of Woodledge Circle tomorrow, Thursday 9/1. This service will flush all storm drain boxes and lines out to the Township swales.

There is NO action required or requested by owners or residents; all storm drains are located on the roadway and water will be brought into the complex by Robinson's. Please be alert and cautious of the crew in the complex when in travel lanes.


June 17, 2022:
EBY Paving Repairs to Begin Tuesday, 6/21 to Thursday, 6/23

EBY Paving will be completing community-wide pavement repairs to roadways and walk paths beginning on Tuesday, June 21st and Wednesday, June 22nd for prep work with paving occurring on Thursday, June 23rd. As this work is weather-dependent, any inclement weather will delay the work one-day later until completed.

We have included the approved 2022 work locations below; there should be no through way or parking issues, but please do be cautious and alert throughout the community as there are several areas of roadway work occurring. EBY Paving contractors will be marking off areas and directing traffic on site during these times.

Below are the noted areas to be completed:

  • Unit 1722 -Repair walk path, patch at step, area below step.
  • Unit 1728 -Patch in front of step.
  • Unit 1702 -Repair at steps to garage.
  • Unit 1700 -Repair at bridge, drain area on road, -7' x 30'.
  • Unit 1620 -Sidewalk with roots
  • Unit 1512 -Patch at step.
  • Unit 1634 -Patch at step.
  • Unit 1636 -Patch at step.
  • Middle road between 1600s & 1700s - Replace 30' of road & 17' at intersection of low road.
  • Add 160' of curb at intersection of upper road and road at far right of development.
  • Water line repair at mid 1700s
  • Between 1500/1600 - manhole on road, small patch on road
  • Replace 36' of road near Unit 1510.
